            37th Annual Bridge of Flowers 10K Classic Road Race and Music Festival

            37th Annual Bridge of Flowers 10K Classic Road Race and Shelburne Falls Music Festival is this Saturday, August 8, 2015.

            Race Start Times

            8:15 - 3k Charity Run/Walk

            9:00 - 10k Classic

             

             

            Join the crowd and cheer on the runners!  It is an exciting event, watched by many locals and folks from afar.

            After the race, enjoy the many shops and restaurants this village has to offer.  Stroll along the Bridge of Flowers and check out the Glacial Potholes.   

            The Shelburne Falls Music Fest begins at 1:00 on the stage located on Deerfield Avenue overlooking the Falls.   Listen to the sounds of many local talent including:

            Jill Connolly, acclaimed jazz vocalist

            with Eugene Uman, pianist/director of Vermont Jazz Center, Brattleboro

            and Devlin Miles, award-winning country/pop, folk rock stylist and lead singer of the Sweet Little Bloodhound band. 

            Admission by free-will donations to benefit the Arms Library Association's Capital Campaign to repair and restore the library's 101-year-old Pratt Memorial Building.
