during the second quarter from 993 in 2011 to 1,259 for this year.&nbsp;&nbsp; Inventory dropped 3.5% from 3310 in 2011 to 3195 in 2012.&nbsp; The number of days on market is about the same and listings that are currently under agreement rose 17%.&nbsp;</div> <div class="MsoNormal"></div> <div class="MsoNormal">The biggest change for the Franklin County area is the average sale price dropped
