Wanda was essential to the ease and success of our house sale. The stars were perfectly aligned when Wanda and the first people to look at my home came together with the buyer's real estate agent. I was very impressed with Wanda's expertise, vast experience, and exceptional professionalism. I was especially happy that my request to be involved with the sale of my historic home was met with Wanda's enthusiasm. It was an unusual sale in that there was a request that required a petition and special town meeting. The process evolved very smoothly. Wanda was efficient and incredibly communicative throughout the entire duration of the sale. She was supportive and knowledgeable, even staying in contact long after the sale. West County and the surrounding area are extremely privileged to have Wanda as a great real estate agent!

Wanda was great. She was concerned about how the property would fit my needs and not just about the sale. She was often responsive early morning and late evenings and went above and beyond at every turn ! Very good experience with Wanda and her team since I this was a remote sale they went above and beyond!!

Wanda's website, profile, and local knowledge were key factors in our decision, and she was FANTASTIC to work with. We had high hopes and expectations, and she exceeded all of them!!  I can't imagine ever buying another property in western MA without Wanda's help.
