Pioneer Valley Real Estate Sales

Home sales rose 8.9 percent across the region last month, according to statistics released Tuesday by the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley. 

The number of homes sold rose from 459 in August 2011 to 500 in August 2012. 

But the median sales price fell 3.5 percent from $210,000 in August 2011 to $202,750 in August 2012.

This is the 95th year this old fashion fair has been happening and there is fun for all - Exhibits, Games, Demonstration, Music, Fireworks

Pioneer Valley Real Estate Update

Single family sales in the Pioneer Valley rose 26.8% during the second quarter from 993 in 2011 to 1,259 for this year.   Inventory dropped 3.5% from 3310 in 2011 to 3195 in 2012.  The number of days on market is about the same and listings that are currently under agreement rose [...]
