Home Sales fell 37% in Pioneer Valley

The August real estate figures for the Pioneer Valley are out and the news is not what we would like to hear.  The market has been slow the past several weeks and prices have come down.  However, I predict the numbers will improve during the fall and winter buying season.     

In Franklin County, sales were down 21.3 percent from 61 to 48. the median price was down 6.9 percent from $203,000 to $189,000.   For more information click on the link below.
