The real estate market is definitely showing signs of improvement but we are not at the woods yet! This article explains why it will take another 46 months to clear the market's supply of distressed homes and shadow inventory. I don't think it will take that long in this area. However, we won't know for sure until we see how many foreclosed homes hit the market over the next year.
