There is still one weekend left to attend the Franklin County Festival of Trees, a creative fundraiser for area nonprofits. Each year local businesses donate a decorated tree with other gifts and prizes. Attendees can place bids on the trees to try to win them. Then all the proceeds go to nonprofits around Franklin County. Last year’s festival raised more than $20,000! It’s a great way to celebrate the holiday season while supporting our local community.
Franklin County Festival of Trees runs for three consecutive weekends and this weekend is your last chance to attend this year. For the final weekend, raffle tickets are buy 1 get 1.
Throughout the festival there are also special performances and entertainment. On Saturday, December 10th, Santa will visit at 1 pm. Then the festival’s closing performance will be The Cat in the Hat! Frank Schwerin sings the oldies at 2:30 pm.
Browse all the beautiful trees and place your bids at the Franklin County Festival of Trees this Thursday, December 8th and Friday, December 9th, 2022 from 5 to 8 pm and Saturday, December 10th from 12 to 6 pm at Aromatic Fillers, 253 Greenfield Road (Route 10) in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
