Every year folks from the hilltowns come together along with visitors from around the region for the Cummington Fair. This local favorite event has been around for over 150 years, combining agricultural education with community fun and entertainment. This year, the Cummington Fair will take place Thursday, August 24th through Sunday, August 27th, 2023. You will not want to miss out on the exciting events planned!
The weekend will include a variety of activities including traditional agricultural events. Check out the antique engine and tractor shows, truck pulls, ox judging, square dancing, plus the craft barn and exhibit hall. You can also spectate the youth dairy judging and sheep obstacle course.
There will also be a ton of not-so-agricultural events like midway rides, a classic car display, ventriloquist show, and demolition derby. The great news is that one entry ticket includes all of the performances, concerts, truck pulls, and demo derby – there is no extra charge!
