With two distances — an 8K (4.97 miles) and a 3K (1.86 miles) — this event blends fitness, fun, and local charm, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Bridge of Flowers.

Launched in 1979, the Bridge of Flowers Classic isn’t just a race — it’s a tradition built on community spirit. Organized under the guidance of DIAL/SELF Youth & Community Services, the event also supports local youth empowerment and community service programs.
The course weaves through Shelburne Falls, crossing the historic Iron Bridge, with views of the Bridge of Flowers — now one of the town’s most treasured landmarks, open from April to October and drawing visitors from all over.
