Hotfire Bar & Grill Opens Its New Home at 10 Bridge Street in Shelburne Falls

After weeks of anticipation, Hotfire Bar and Grill has officially opened the doors to its new home at 10 Bridge Street in downtown Shelburne Falls.

The move from its longtime location just up the street at 24 Bridge Street marks a major milestone for one of the village's most popular restaurants. While the opening was delayed a bit beyond the restaurant's original target date, customers have already been packing the new space to experience everything Hotfire has to offer.

For owner and chef Chad Flasinski, the relocation is about much more than a new address. It's the next chapter for a restaurant that has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

More Room, More Menu, More Hotfire

Since opening in May 2024, Hotfire has earned a loyal following despite operating out of a relatively small space. The restaurant quickly became known for turning out big flavors from a compact kitchen, with limited seating and a strong takeout business.

The new restaurant at 10 Bridge Street provides significantly more room for diners while giving the kitchen the space needed to expand operations. Guests will find a larger dining area, additional seating, and an enhanced menu that builds on the dishes Hotfire has become known for.

The move allows the restaurant to serve more customers comfortably while maintaining the quality and creativity that earned its reputation in the first place.

A Local Success Story

Part of Hotfire’s appeal is the story behind it.

Chef Chad Flasinski is a familiar name in Franklin County dining circles, with decades of experience in area restaurants. Before opening Hotfire, he worked at several well-known local establishments and spent years honing his craft. When the opportunity arose to open his own restaurant in his hometown, he jumped at it.

That hometown connection is evident in the restaurant’s atmosphere. Hotfire has always felt like a community gathering place, powered by family involvement, local employees, and a genuine investment in Shelburne Falls.

The Food People Keep Talking About

Ask around Shelburne Falls and chances are someone will mention a favorite Hotfire order.

The menu combines classic pub fare with chef-driven touches. Popular items include the Cubano, French Dip, Reuben, Smash Burger, Hot Mess Express, and specialty chicken sandwiches. The restaurant has also developed a following for its house-made sides, fresh-cut fries, onion rings, fried pickles, and chicken bites.

Hotfire offers more than sandwiches and burgers, too. Customers can choose from fresh salads, wraps, and açaí bowls such as the Jazz-cai and Super Bowl, which have become standout menu items.

The beverage menu includes house-made lemonades, soft drinks, craft beers, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and other bar offerings. Whether you're stopping in for lunch, grabbing takeout for dinner, or meeting friends for a drink, there's something for nearly every appetite.

A Move Worth Waiting For

The excitement surrounding Hotfire’s relocation says a lot about how quickly the restaurant has become part of the community fabric. In just over a year, it has gone from a new business on Bridge Street to a destination that locals regularly recommend to visitors. Reviews, social media engagement, and word-of-mouth praise have helped build a devoted customer base eager to see what's next.

Now, with a larger home at 10 Bridge Street and an expanded dining experience, Hotfire appears poised for its next chapter.

If you've been waiting to check out the new location, now's the perfect time. With more space, an expanded menu, and the same dishes that built its reputation, Hotfire Bar & Grill is ready to welcome guests to its new home on Bridge Street.Hotfire Bar and Grill
