Friday, May 22 kicks things off with food booths opening at 11:30 a.m., alongside raffle ticket sales and pre-registered vendor setup. The evening highlight is the popular auction under the Big Top at 6:00 p.m., where attendees can bid on unique finds and support the church’s fundraising efforts.
Saturday, May 23 is the busiest day, starting bright and early with breakfast served from 6:00 to 9:30 a.m. Vendors begin setting up at 6:00 a.m., and by 8:00 a.m., the flea market, craft fair, and engine show are in full swing. Families can enjoy the Youth Garden Tractor Pull from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by the much-anticipated tractor parade at 2:00 p.m. The day wraps up with a traditional Ham & Bean Supper from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 24 continues the festivities with breakfast, followed by a worship service under the Big Top at 8:00 a.m. The flea market and engine show reopen at 9:00 a.m., and another tractor parade rolls through at 11:00 a.m. The weekend concludes with raffle drawings at 1:00 p.m., giving attendees a final chance to win prizes.
